We have now completed installing a Giardina paint line allowing us to produce our own painted ceramic panels. This will mean a quicker turn around on this product which normally has a lengthy lead time.

We now stock Saint-Gobain's Coolite ST150 Bioclean which combines solar control properties and a self cleaning glass in a single neutral coloured pane of glass.

We have taken delivery of a Mercedes Axor 38 tonne articulated lorry complete with attached fork lift truck. This will allow us to make deliveries of large orders on stillages direct to our customer's sites without the need for assistance with off-loading.

We have now completed the installation of a second Tamglass toughening plant at our New Costessey factory. Both are capable of toughening glass upto 4.2m x 2.4m.

We have now completed our move of office staff to our new factory at New Costessey.

Our cutting tables are being installed at our new Longwater factory. There will be three in total including a fully automatic glass selection system.

Building work on our new factory at Longwater, Norwich has started. The state of the art factory is due to be finished in October 2004.

A self cleaning glass has been developed by Pilkington and is now available. Pilkington Activ™ has a special coating that reacts with UV light to break down dirt allowing it to be washed off by rain.

We now stock a range of soft coated high performance glasses to help our customers achieve better U-values in their glazing systems. These are available in 6.4mm laminated and 4mm and 6mm float glasses which can be toughened.
